Car Crash Las Vegas Nevada in Las Vegas, Nevada: Five people were injured in a multi-vehicle collision at the intersection of East Lake Mead Boulevard and North Walnut Road in Las Vegas on Saturday at approximately 1:22 p.m. A 2011 Infiniti G sedan traveling westbound on Lake Mead Boulevard at a high rate of speed struck a Nissan Pathfinder that was making a left turn onto Walnut Road. The Nissan driver was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries, the Nissan passenger and Infiniti driver sustained serious injuries, a female Infiniti passenger had minor injuries, and a juvenile occupant sustained serious injuries. Debris from the collision struck a parked 1998 Mercury Grand Marquis in a nearby parking lot. The Infiniti's driver was booked into the Clark County Detention Center on charges of reckless driving and child abuse.
