Hit And Run Tennessee Today in Tennessee: Joyce Frey, 70, was bicycling in the 3800 block of Old Niles Ferry Road in Blount County when she was struck by a vehicle and knocked into a ditch. Emergency personnel found her around 10:30 a.m. Thursday and she was transported to a medical center where she was pronounced dead. The Blount County Sheriff's Office initially described the suspect vehicle as a pickup truck and later amended the description to a GMC pickup truck. A person of interest was located and interviewed Friday afternoon, and the investigation remains ongoing.
