22-year-old Midland man killed in head-on crash on FM 1788…

Car Crash Texas Today in Texas: A 22-year-old Midland man died in a head-on collision on Farm-to-Market Road 1788 in Andrews County, Texas, after a Ford cargo van attempted to pass another southbound vehicle on the left when it was unsafe to do so and struck a northbound Ford F-150 head-on. The crash occurred about 11 a.m. on Friday, June 26, 2026, at mile marker 312. The pickup driver, Adriel Eli Spencer, 22, of Midland, was pronounced dead at the scene. The 71-year-old Andrews man driving the cargo van was taken to Midland Memorial Hospital and treated for minor injuries. The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the crash.
