16-year-old killed in Monroe County UTV crash

Car Crash Utv Michigan in UTV, Michigan: A 16-year-old boy from Petersburg, Michigan, was killed in a UTV crash in Summerfield Township, Monroe County, on Friday evening around 5:30 p.m. The teenager was driving a 2021 Polaris Ranger in a private field in the 19700 block of Taft Road when he lost control going around a curve, over-corrected, and the UTV flipped onto its side. Two young passengers were also in the UTV. The 16-year-old driver died at the scene, and the crash remains under investigation by the Monroe County Sheriff's Office and Traffic Services Division.
