Workplace Accident Cold Spring Minnesota in Cold Spring, Minnesota: A 29-year-old male employee died early Thursday after an industrial accident at the Pilgrim's poultry processing plant in Cold Spring, Minnesota. The Cold Spring/Richmond Police Department responded to a medical emergency at about 1:15 a.m. at the plant in the 800 block of Sauk River Road. Investigators say the employee became pinned beneath equipment in the loading dock area; coworkers removed him before first responders arrived, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
