Worker dies after accident at quarry in Scott County

Workplace Accident New Liberty Iowa in New Liberty, Iowa: A worker died following a heavy-machinery accident at Riverstone Quarry on New Liberty Road in Scott County, Iowa, on Friday morning just before 7 a.m. Workers were attempting to load a large wheel loader onto a trailer when the heavy machinery's weight suddenly shifted, falling on a worker who was underneath it.
