Ebike Crash Michigan Today in Michigan: Ruth Ann Sharp was arraigned on additional felony charges including tampering with evidence, insurance fraud, and lying to police after a deadly crash between a car and an e-bike on May 17 on M-76 near the O&M trailer park in Moffatt Township. Sharp was already charged with operating while intoxicated causing death and failing to stop at an accident resulting in death. The e-bike rider, 41-year-old Dana Brooke Quigley, was pronounced dead at the scene.
