West Rutland pedestrian killed in hit-and-run on Main Street

Hit And Run West Rutland Vermont in West Rutland, Vermont: A 30-year-old West Rutland man was struck and killed by a passing vehicle while walking west on Main Street in West Rutland, Vermont, early Friday morning. Vermont State Police were notified just before 5:30 a.m. that a man was found lying in the grass off the north side of Main Street. The driver of the vehicle fled the scene and has not been identified. Police are searching for the hit-and-run driver.
