Car Crash Illinois Today in Illinois: A side-by-side UTV traveling westbound on N 2500th Ave. collided with an SUV traveling southbound on E 2903rd Lane around 9 p.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, in Adams County, Illinois. One occupant of the side-by-side, Zachery A. Tournear, 34, of rural Camp Point, Ill., was pronounced dead at the scene. The second side-by-side occupant was airlifted to Springfield Memorial Hospital, and the SUV driver was transported by ambulance to Blessing Hospital. The collision remains under investigation by the Adams County Sheriff's Department and Illinois State Police.
