Dui Crash District Of Columbia Today in District of Columbia: Tyrique Dorsey, 27, is charged with second-degree murder while armed for an April 22, 2025 fatal crash on northbound DC-295 near the Pennsylvania Avenue SE exit that killed 47-year-old Edward Pearson, who died from his injuries on April 23, 2025. According to court testimony, Pearson was a passenger in a black pickup truck stopped in a traffic gore; Dorsey allegedly swerved into the gore to avoid a collision and struck the pickup.
