Car Crash Hartford Vermont in Hartford, Vermont: On June 25, 2026, at approximately 8:49 p.m., Vermont State Police from the Royalton Barracks responded to a two-vehicle crash on I-91 northbound near mile marker 69 in Hartford. A Ford F-150 operated by Emma Wunsch side-swiped a Mercedes 350 operated by Edirald Mxhari, then lost control and was totaled in the median. Wunsch was transported to the hospital for treatment of suspected minor injuries, and a passenger in the Mercedes was transported to the hospital out of precaution. The cause of the crash remained under investigation, but speed and alcohol appeared to be factors. Hartford Police, Hartford Fire, and Windsor Fire assisted on scene.
