Car Crash Rochester New York in Rochester, New York: New York State Police said two people were killed in a wrong-way crash early Friday morning on Rochester's Inner Loop. Troopers said the crash happened around 1:26 a.m. when a 39-year-old woman was believed to have been driving her Honda CR-V westbound in the eastbound lanes. The Honda hit a Ford Fusion head-on, killing the driver and passenger, both 21-years-old. After it was hit, the Fusion ran into a Jeep Liberty being driven by a 29-year-old man, who was sent to Strong Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The woman driving the CR-V is in critical condition at Strong.
