Two killed in wrong-way crash on Inner Loop in Rochester

The impact pushed the Ford into a Jeep Liberty, injuring that driver, who was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The wrong-way driver, 39-year-old Nayomi Flores, was found unresponsive and remained hospitalized in critical condition.
