Two killed in head-on collision on Louisiana Highway 175

Car Crash Frierson Louisiana in Frierson, Louisiana: Two men were killed Friday morning in a head-on collision on Louisiana Highway 175 near Scott Road in Frierson, Louisiana. Louisiana State Police Troop G responded to the crash at approximately 5:20 a.m. and found 49-year-old Carlos Helm of Mansfield and 39-year-old Alonzo Thompkins of Arlington, Texas, with fatal injuries. Both drivers were properly restrained and pronounced deceased at the scene; impairment is not suspected, but standard toxicology samples were taken. The crash remains under investigation.
