Two dead after three-car crash on the Inner Loop

Car Crash New York Today in New York: New York State Police reported a fatal three-car crash on the Inner Loop near Joseph Avenue around 1:26 a.m. on Friday. A 39-year-old woman driving a 2024 Honda CR-V westbound in the eastbound lanes collided head-on with a 2012 Ford Fusion, which then struck a 2012 Jeep Liberty. Two 21-year-old men in the Fusion were pronounced dead at the scene, the driver of the Jeep was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, and the driver of the Honda was taken to Strong in critical condition. Troopers are continuing their investigation.
