Car Crash Atlanta Georgia in Atlanta, Georgia: A southbound CSX freight train struck a tractor-trailer operated by Illinois-based MGM Worldwide Logistics just before 3:45 a.m. in southwest Atlanta, dragging the truck hundreds of feet before stopping and scattering hundreds of packages across the tracks. The truck driver initially could not be located, then walked to a relative's home and later turned himself in to investigators. CSX Police are leading the investigation into the cause of the collision, and officials have not said whether the driver will face charges. A Channel 2 Action News investigation found the trucking company has been linked to a dozen reported crashes over the past two years and had a vehicle out-of-service rate of about 44% during that period.
