Car Crash Ohio Today in Ohio: A 63-year-old woman was killed after a tow truck struck multiple vehicles on State Route 4 in Union County on Thursday. According to the Union County Sheriff's Office, the tow truck failed to stop, hit a Jeep, then crossed left of center into northbound traffic and struck a 2020 Ford F-150 and a 2011 Acura TL. The woman driving the Acura was pronounced dead at the scene, while the tow truck driver was transported to the hospital. The drivers of the Jeep and Ford were not injured, and the crash remains under investigation.
