Shooting Arkansas Today in Arkansas: A Searcy County man was arrested after shooting another man during an argument. According to the Searcy County Sheriff's Office, the victim called 911 to report he had been shot. During the investigation, it was determined the victim and Harness had been together and returned to Harness's residence; the victim was in Harness's vehicle when Harness fired multiple shots, with one striking the victim in the body and another striking the vehicle's door post. The victim was treated at a local medical center and is expected to recover.
