Car Crash Rochester Minnesota in Rochester, Minnesota: A 25-year-old Rochester man, Jomari Earl Alexander, was charged with first-degree drug sales and first-degree drug possession after a narcotics investigation that began in April 2024. Investigators arranged a controlled buy in which Alexander allegedly sold 200 fentanyl pills to a police informant in the spring of 2024 at a Rochester home. Alexander was on probation at the time for a 2020 conviction of aiding an offender in a shooting at the Essex Park Apartment Complex that killed one person and wounded another. He was booked into the Olmsted County Jail on Thursday and released without bail after arraignment Friday.
