Car Crash San Francisco California in San Francisco, California: A road-rage incident occurred Tuesday afternoon around 2 pm in San Francisco's Richmond District near California Street and Parker Avenue. A bystander filmed 49-year-old Alfredo Salvio Orozco hitting a black SUV, throwing objects, ripping off a rearview mirror, and yelling at the driver after what may have been a fender-bender. Orozco then held onto the SUV's half-open passenger-side window and dangled as the vehicle attempted a three-point turn and tried to flee. SFPD booked Orozco on suspicion of vandalism, making criminal threats, and throwing an object at a vehicle with intent to cause great bodily injury.
