Police: Motorcyclist dies after crash in Anne Arundel County

Motorcycle Crash Brightview Maryland in Brightview, Maryland: A 70-year-old Anne Arundel County man was killed after he was thrown from his motorcycle and run over by a pickup truck. Just after 3 p.m. Wednesday, Charles Braun was northbound on Veterans Highway near Brightview Road when he attempted to change lanes, lost control of his motorcycle, and was thrown into the path of a pickup truck. He later died at the hospital. Police are investigating the crash; it was not clear whether the pickup truck driver was hurt.
