Police investigating two separate attacks in Tigard

Assault Tigard Oregon in Tigard, Oregon: Tigard police investigated two separate weekend attacks. On June 20 around 3:30 p.m. in the 11600 block of Southwest Gallo Avenue, 38-year-old Arik James Kiehlbauch attacked someone he knew, causing significant injuries; the victim was hospitalized and police said it was not the first such attack. Separately, 39-year-old Mahmoud Ibrahim Bilal attacked another man with a machete or sword, causing non-serious cuts; a search warrant at Bilal's apartment recovered the weapon and evidence suggested he may have threatened someone else with it the day before.
