Pittsburgh police search for driver in fatal hit-and-run

The driver of an SUV hit the man and stopped to check on him, but a silver or gray Toyota Prius then drove past, dragging the victim a short distance to the corner of an alley before pulling in, stopping for nearly two minutes, and driving away. The man was killed, and Pittsburgh police are searching for the Prius driver, who fled the scene; the vehicle has Pennsylvania license plate NCL 1036.
