Boating Accident St Clair Alabama in St Clair, Alabama: An 83-year-old Pell City man died Thursday morning following a head-on boat collision on Logan Martin Lake near the Interstate 20 Bridge in St. Clair County. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency said Gary Kendrick was operating a bass boat when it collided with a pontoon boat about 9:30 a.m. Kendrick was taken to a local hospital where he later died. A passenger in Kendrick's boat was injured and taken to a hospital for medical treatment, and ALEA Marine Patrol Troopers continue to investigate.
