Passenger starts recording moments before plane crash lands

A passenger, Brett Fillipi, began recording on his cellphone moments before impact as the engine surged and then steadily lost power. The National Transportation Safety Board reported that all 10 people aboard survived without injuries, and all passengers returned safely to Coldfoot about four hours after the crash.
