Car Crash Picacho Peak Arizona in Picacho Peak, Arizona: A three-vehicle crash on Interstate 10 near Picacho Peak on Thursday evening at 4:30 p.m. killed one person, according to the Arizona Department of Public Safety. The crash is believed to have been caused by weather. Two additional crashes occurred near the same area: one involving a box truck and a sedan with no injuries reported, and another involving a shuttle bus and a sedan in which the sedan driver was pronounced dead at the scene and the three bus occupants sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
