One person injured in three-vehicle crash near Springville
Car Crash Springville Iowa in Springville, Iowa: A three-vehicle crash occurred Thursday afternoon near Springville, Iowa, at the intersection of Highway 151 and Springville Road. The Linn County Sheriff's Office said a black Chevy Colorado pulling a trailer was attempting to cross Highway 151 from Springville Road when it was struck by a southbound gray Dodge Journey, which then hit a gold Ford Escape waiting to enter Highway 151. A passenger in the Ford Escape was transported by Anamosa Ambulance to a local hospital with minor injuries; the drivers of all three vehicles were not injured. The Chevy driver was charged with failure to yield upon entering a through highway, and the Dodge driver was charged with driving while license under suspension and failure to prove security against liability.
