Car Crash Howe Texas in Howe, Texas: A pickup truck crashed into a semi-truck on Highway 75 in Howe, Texas on Friday afternoon at about 1:43 p.m. The pickup was traveling along the shoulder when it struck the trailer of a semi-truck that appeared to be sitting on the shoulder.
