Car Crash Los Alamos California in Los Alamos, California: At 3:16 a.m. on Friday, Santa Barbara County Fire dispatched 17 units to a head-on collision between a Chumash Casino passenger bus and a vehicle on the southbound side of Highway 101 in Los Alamos. The vehicle, which was reportedly driving northbound in the southbound lane and possibly making a U-turn, caught fire and the flames spread to the bus. One person died as a result of the crash, while all 14 passengers aboard the bus escaped with minor injuries and were transported to local hospitals. The identity of the deceased is being withheld pending notification of next of kin, and it is unknown how many people were in the vehicle at the time of the crash.
