Car Crash Rochester New York in Rochester, New York: New York State Police say a wrong-way driver was involved in a multi-car crash on the Inner Loop in Rochester, N.Y. that killed two people on Friday around 1:26 a.m. A Honda CR-V heading against traffic struck a Ford Fusion head-on, killing the Ford's 21-year-old driver and a 21-year-old front-seat passenger at the scene. The impact forced the Ford into a Jeep Liberty, injuring that driver, who was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The wrong-way driver, a 39-year-old woman, was found unresponsive and hospitalized in critical condition; the State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit is investigating and autopsies were ordered.
