Vehicle Fire Alabama Today in Alabama: Montgomery police say 39-year-old Jarvis Bowers fired more than 30 rounds at officers responding to a domestic disturbance at around 11:30 p.m. on the 9400 block of Bristlecone Drive in the Deer Creek subdivision. Officers found an intoxicated man armed with multiple weapons, including a rifle with a high-capacity magazine, and Bowers fired more than thirty rounds at them during their approach. No officers were injured, and Bowers was charged with two counts of attempted murder and firing a gun into an unoccupied vehicle and held at the Montgomery County Detention Facility with no bond.
