Car Crash Baldwin Park California in Baldwin Park, California: Alfonso Mirazo Cebreros, 36, was struck and killed by Metrolink Train 348 along the railroad tracks near the intersection of Garvey Avenue and Francisquito Avenue in Baldwin Park at approximately 7:14 p.m. on Thursday. The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner determined his manner of death was accidental, with cause of death blunt force injuries, and he was pronounced deceased at the scene by Los Angeles County Fire Department paramedics.
