Lowell man charged in fatal ATV crash

Dui Crash Lowell Vermont in Lowell, Vermont: A Lowell man faces charges following a fatal ATV crash on Newton Road near Cheney Road in Lowell, Vermont, just before 10:30 p.m. Thursday. Vermont State Police say Randy Lemieux II, 27, was driving the side-by-side with passenger Maddison Hayden, 22, when it rolled over. The Woodbury woman was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say Lemieux was screened and arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence and is due in Orleans County Court on a charge of DUI with death resulting.
