Drowning Wisconsin Today in Wisconsin: A male kayaker drowned in Lake Ivanhoe in Walworth County on June 25. The Walworth County Sheriff's Office received reports of a kayak floating in the middle of the lake just before 3:30 p.m., and deputies along with Bloomfield Police Department officers found the kayak upside down about 150 yards offshore. The town of Delevan Air Boat was launched to recover the male, who was pronounced dead at 4:53 p.m. The sheriff's office said it is still investigating the drowning.
