Officer Jack Ross, 33, was off-duty and driving his personal vehicle when he tailgated another vehicle and engaged in a high-speed road rage confrontation on the highway. The teen driver swerved to avoid a collision, lost control, crossed the interstate, and rolled into the median; the teen was not seriously injured. Ross was sentenced to six months of unsupervised probation and 40 hours of community service, with a separate charge of failing to report an accident dismissed.
