Dui Crash Katy Texas in Katy, Texas: A Katy man was charged with intoxication manslaughter following a June 23 early-morning crash on Westheimer Parkway that killed the driver of another vehicle. According to a probable cause affidavit, Dejon Jahmai Paul Fortune allegedly told Fort Bend County Sheriff's deputies he was a passenger in his own white 2021 BMW X5, contradicting witnesses who said he was driving at 70-80 mph. Fortune, who had been celebrating his 20th birthday, showed signs of intoxication and performed poorly on field sobriety tests.
