Car Crash Minden Nebraska in Minden, Nebraska: Cory Rady, 30, of Indianapolis, Indiana, pleaded no contest to amended charges of motor vehicle homicide and a stop sign violation in Kearney County District Court. The charges stem from a fatal two-vehicle crash that occurred around 7:32 a.m. on a date in 2025 near the intersection of Highway 10 and 50-A Link in Kearney County, Nebraska. A northbound GMC SUV collided with an eastbound Ford F-250 pickup driven by Rady; the GMC's driver, 45-year-old Saul Barboza Montano of Minden, was pronounced deceased at the scene and was not wearing a seat belt. Rady and his passenger, Damian Wells of North Carolina, were wearing seat belts and sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
