The dump truck became fully engulfed in flames and the driver fled on foot before being located by a deputy walking on nearby railroad tracks. The driver, Alexander Marin, 32, of Herndon, was determined to be intoxicated and faces charges including felony hit and run, drunk in public, felony damage to property, driving with a suspended license, driving a commercial vehicle without a CDL, and reckless driving.
