Shooting Traverse Georgia in Traverse, Georgia: A 35-year-old man was arrested after allegedly shooting a woman in the head inside a car parked at a rural country store in the Rocky Mount community of Meriwether County. The Meriwether County Sheriff's Office said the suspect, Deshante Clements of Greenville, and the victim were sitting inside a car in the parking lot when he shot her. The victim was hospitalized in critical but stable condition, and the sheriff's office said the incident was isolated and domestic-related.
