Dui Crash Pennsylvania Today in Pennsylvania: A multi-vehicle crash involving three vehicles occurred on Matthew Drive near the intersection of New Salem Road in South Union Township, Fayette County, Pennsylvania, at 12:41 p.m. on Thursday. A passenger was flown to Ruby Memorial Hospital with serious injuries. The driver of one vehicle, Loretta Rene Kelley, 39, of Brownsville, was arrested and charged with DUI. A third person was evaluated for chest pain but did not require hospitalization.
