Car Crash Pennsylvania Today in Pennsylvania: A Forestville woman was airlifted to a Pittsburgh hospital with injuries after her vehicle failed to negotiate a right-hand curve on Shields Road in Mercer Township, Butler County, veered off the south side of the road, and struck a tree with its driver's side. The single-vehicle crash occurred at 8:31 p.m. over the weekend. The driver was wearing a seat belt and was transported by Stat MedEvac to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. State police cited her for a traffic lane violation.
