The driver, identified as 35-year-old Vincent Clemons, allegedly failed to stop at a posted stop sign at the intersection of B Street and Hesperia Road and collided with a silver Subaru traveling northbound and a silver Toyota RAV4 traveling southbound. The Subaru then struck a cement wall, overturned, and hit a parked unoccupied silver Honda Pilot; Clemons fled on foot and was later arrested after forcing his way into an occupied motel room.
