Shooting Charlotte North Carolina in Charlotte, North Carolina: A second teen has been charged after a shooting at a west Charlotte apartment complex on Parker Drive, off Remount Road, just before 10 Wednesday morning. 17-year-old Traymon Gilmore is charged with assault with a deadly weapon, discharging a weapon into occupied property, and felony conspiracy. His older brother, 19-year-old Jarrell Gilmore, was previously charged in the incident. Warrants say the victim, Zion Henderson, was shot and needed surgery for a fractured thigh bone.
