Car Crash Kissimmee Florida in Kissimmee, Florida: Kissimmee police responded to a home on Heather Way, off Mill Slough Road, after a report of a person with apparent injuries and found 71-year-old Charles Harper dead. Harper's vehicle, a dark blue Nissan pickup truck with Florida tag 89E-EYV, was taken from the home and later recovered by Altamonte Springs police near Montgomery Road and West Central Parkway after officers observed the driver making an unsafe lane change. Police identified the driver as 32-year-old Nicolas Lopez. The death was reclassified as a homicide, and as of Thursday evening Lopez had not been charged in Harper's death.
