Assault Pahrump Nevada in Pahrump, Nevada: The Nye County Sheriff's Office released body-camera video and additional information about two in-custody deaths in Pahrump. Christopher Stewart, 40, of Pahrump, was arrested on June 10 after fighting with three deputies, being tased four times, and attempting to run; he was taken to Desert View Hospital for a minor laceration, where life-saving measures failed and he was pronounced dead. An autopsy has been performed but results are pending. Officials stated deputies' use of force was within policy. A second deceased, Stevie Miller, 30, of Pahrump, was also identified in a separate in-custody death case.
