Bicycle Crash Leesburg Florida in Leesburg, Florida: A 44-year-old Leesburg woman riding a bicycle without lights was stopped by a Lake County Sheriff's deputy at the intersection of Northern Avenue and Bell Road in Leesburg at 1:15 a.m. Tuesday. The woman, Jaclyn Hale, admitted to having contraband and provided a small plastic baggie of methamphetamine. She was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and booked at Lake County Jail with bond set at $2,500.
