Bicyclist killed in St. Charles Parish crash
Bicycle Crash St Charles Parish Louisiana in St Charles Parish, Louisiana: An unidentified bicyclist was killed in a crash on Interstate 10 West near the Interstate 310 South split in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana, on June 25, 2026, around 8:30 p.m. The bicyclist was traveling west on the right shoulder of I-10 toward the I-310 South on-ramp and attempted to cross the southbound travel lanes of I-310 toward the I-10 gore area, where the bicyclist was struck by a westbound 2023 Dodge Ram in the left lane. The bicyclist suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene; the driver of the Dodge was not injured. Louisiana State Police troopers are investigating the crash, and the driver of the Dodge provided a breath sample with no alcohol detected.
