83-year-old Pell City man killed in head-on boat crash on L…

Car Crash St Pell Alabama in St Pell, Alabama: Gary M. Kendrick, 83, of Pell City, was on a 1993 Ranger Bass boat with Barbara W. Kendrick, 81, when it collided head-on with a 2005 Hurricane Pontoon boat on Logan Martin Lake near the I-20 Bridge. Kendrick was transported to a hospital and later died from his injuries. The driver of the pontoon was uninjured. Pell City Police, Lincoln Fire Department, and ALEA Marine Patrol Troopers responded and are investigating.
