Car Crash North Bethesda Maryland in North Bethesda, Maryland: Marjorie Rothschild, 76, of Potomac, was killed in a single-vehicle crash shortly after 5:30 p.m. on Monday, June 22, at the entrance to a parking garage in the 11300 block of Woodglen Drive in North Bethesda. Police said her 2016 Toyota RAV4 entered the garage from Marketplace Lane when she lost control and struck a cable barricade. Montgomery County Fire and Rescue crews attempted life-saving efforts, but Rothschild was pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger was taken to an area hospital with significant but non-life-threatening injuries, and Montgomery County Police Collision Reconstruction Unit detectives are continuing to investigate the cause.
