Car Crash Deadly Winona Plane Minnesota in deadly Winona plane, Minnesota: A 74-year-old Winona man died after a small Airborne Edge ultralight trike aircraft crashed while landing near a runway at the Winona Municipal Airport around 8:01 p.m. on June 25, 2026. Winona Police officers responded to the scene and found the pilot, identified as Wayne William Ledebuhr, unresponsive.
